Duelist1954 Fundraiser raises $55,000+ to help with legal battle

Last week we reported on a fundraiser started by Ken Hill to support Mike Beliveau’s (Duelist1954) legal fees in an ongoing battle with his local zoning board over the use of his “Duelist’s Den” property. As of 3/14/23 we’re happy to report that the fundraiser smashed it’s goal, raising over 5x the original goal.

Check out what organizer Ken Hill had to say:

Over $55,000.00 raised with a beginning goal of 10K. Wow!

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine such an outpouring of support! I really believe this touched a nerve with you, just like it did with me. Each of these donors is a true Patriot, who realizes it could be any of us fighting tyranny. I hope this helps Mike fight the good fight and take a stand for property owners and 2A supporters everywhere.

I have marked my mission "complete", and begun the process of transferring all funds to Mike, to use as needed. IT was my pleasure to play some small part in this process. Thank you.

While the fundraiser is now complete, the legal battle is just beginning. Last Friday, March 10, 2023 Mike and his legal team filed their first appeal to the decision. This very well could be a drawn out ordeal taking months or even years, but thanks to the support from the muzzleloading community, Mike has a fighting chance.
