Flintlock Operator details historic trekking in city park | “Wear your kit, kings”

In a continued breath of fresh air, the Flintlock Operator is bringing his take on muzzleloading and living history to the community via his youtube channel.

His latest video takes advantage of a rare Texas icing to get out and test some of his 18th century equipment in less than ideal conditions. The twist? The flintlock operator is hiking in a 1,000 acre city park to show that you don’t need to wait for private land permission to get out and enjoy your gear.

I love this attitutde and positivity, encouraging folks to get out when they can and live in their living history gear. Keep it up, Flintlock Operator!
