Lake Cumberland American Longrifle Show | 2024 Event Tour | Muzzleloading Accoutrements Art and Gear

This week we took a little trip down to the slice of heaven that is Kentucky to visit the Lake Cumberland Kentucky Rifle Show. This was the 30th Anniversary of the show and truly a highlight of my time in muzzleloading. With 65 tables full of contemporary accoutrements and antique pieces it was a great weekend seeing amazing artwork and visiting with friends old and new.

The audio in this video is recorded from the 30th Anniversary presentation about how the show started. I've included it to share a wonderful story of friends coming together to make something great. The audio quality isn't the best, but the story needs to be heard. Often times things seem impossible to get off the ground and it feels like the world is agasint us, but stories like the one told here really show that muzzleloading and it's place in American culture can and will survive well into the future.
