Schuetzen Powder Energetics shares NEW Schuetzen 4F priming powder in new video

As a testament to their commitments to American blackpowder enthusiasts, Schuetzen Powder is preparing to debut a new Schuetzen 4F priming powder for flintlock shooters.

4f is famously a tricky powder because it is exclusively used in the priming pan of flintlock rifles. You don’t need much, so a single pound lasts for a long time. As concernes over the availability of blackpowder in the US grow, it’s nice to see Schuetzen preparing to give us an alternative to GOEX 4F blackpowder.

Below you can see a new video from Schuetzen Energetics where representative Tambi Dudley shows a side by side comparison of Schuetzen 4F powder and Swiss 4F powder.

The new Schuetzen 4Fg is here. We have tried it against the Swiss 4fg in my flint and we are not seeing any difference in speed. You can see in the photo that there is a color difference, but do you notice a granulation difference? I believe that the Schuetzen 4Fg is a little finer than the Swiss 4fg.

Just sayin' Schuetzen makes a really good powder!
