Traditions Hawken - "Carve the Pumpkin" Muzzleloading Forum Postal Match
Today we're taking a stab at the Muzzleloading Forum's October 2021 Postal Match Target. I'm using my Traditions St. Louis Hawken from Flintlocks LLC with a patched roundball.
This target is shot at 25 yards, offhand with a total of 6 shots. While not a serious "Match target", this target gave me a run for my money as you'll see. In this Hawken I’m using a .495 patched roundball in front of 50 grains of Goex 2F Powder.
