Horn and Fiber Youtube Channel details Traditional Horn making skills
In fun traditional craft related news, Clinton Byers and Kerry Masarik of “Horn and Fiber” have launched a youtube channel detailing education and information on flintlocks, weaving, and traditional horn work.
The duo have been sharing some great information on Instagram for some time now, making the jump to YouTube opens up a host of opportunities to share more in depth information.
The Horn and Fiber duo describe themselves as contemporary artists of historic items. Sharing lots of how to information for the aspiring weaver, horn worker, and blacksmith. They also share information about 18th century living and skills, with a focus on colonial life on the Carolina frontier 1763 to 1775.
I encourage everyone to watch and subscribe if you’d like to catch their future videos. Clinton and Kerry are super nice folks and always willing to answer questions, they are the kind of people we need to support.
