KTBS reports an explosion at Minden Facility early October 30, 2024

MINDEN, La. - The Louisiana State Police has reportedly taken over the investigation of an explosion at Camp Minden Wednesday morning.

Details are limited, but KTBS 3 News has learned the blast took place at Goex Industries west of Minden in Webster Parish shortly after 7 a.m. All employees of the facility have been evacuated.

So far, no injuries have been reported.

No further information has been published and at the time of publishing the Louisana State Police have not published any press release about the incident.
